I am owner and registered Professional Engineer (Civil in LA) of Transportation Traffic Engineering located In Jefferson Parish and Metairie, LA .

My primary focus is forensic evaluation and analysis for the roadway environment, which includes all types of vehicles, trucks, emergency, motorcycles, bicycles, trains, and pedestrians in the roadways, streets, and parking area settings, during normal and construction times .

  • Specialty areas of expertise are all facets of Traffic Engineering and traffic operations .

About me

Since graduating from Tulane University in 1972, I have nearly 50 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering based in the New Orleans metro area. This includes expert witness case preparations and testimony in the areas previously provided, for cases in Federal, State, and Local courts in the southeast part of LA and MS. Since 1979 workload is estimated at least 966 formal files, with 110 trial court testifying appearances.

  • I have been a LA registered Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering since 1977.
  • Closely involved with the International Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) from 1975 to currently Fellow status, including active participation in the regional and particularly local sections.
  • Senior Member of the National Academy Forensic Engineers (NAFE) from 1989.
  • Member of the National Association Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists (NAPARS) also from 1989.
  • Member National Society Professional Engineers (NSPE) and LA Enginering Society (LES).
